Dilute method
Dilute to 6% solution, appearance will transparent

Acid water: 10KG: 2Kg glacial acetic acid + 8Kg water
Water: 1000Kg
Dilute process:
1.Add RH-NB-8058 to reactor, start stirring;
2.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
3.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
4.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, add 5Kg acid water, stir for 5 minutes;
5.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
6.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, add 5Kg acid water, stir for 5 minutes;
7.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
8.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
9.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
10.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
11.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
12.Slowly add 50kg water and stir for 2-3 minutes;
13.At last add rest water, stir evenly, add glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 5-6
Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly. Can add 5kg emulsifier before stir, can make emulsion more transparent.
